\nrejected, despised, set aside
\nwho knew?
\nGod has chosen you
\nto serve as His choice, chief,
\nprized and precious
\ncornerstone<\/p>\n

God knows
\nyou alone
\ncan carry the weight
\nof promise and potential pitfalls
\nas we, as living stones,
\nare selected, shaped and placed
\nin holy, priestly community
\nwith you and one another<\/p>\n

the Lord has done this,
\nand it is marvellous in our eyes\n<\/p><\/div>\n
