A litany<\/h3>\n

In the beginning ……
\nThe dance began to swirl and ponder.<\/strong>
\nIn the beginning, all was dark.
\nAnd the dance cast forth bright light.<\/strong>
\nIn the beginning, the earth burst forth with wondrous things,
\ncreatures of all sorts, mountains and hills,
\nvast seas and rivers, valleys and desert areas.
\nAnd the Lord of the Dance saw that it was good
\nand blessed it all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In our beginning, God blessed us.
\nAnd the dance went on,
\nthrough our lives, into all that we have done.<\/strong>
\nSometimes the dance was slow and plodding;
\nat other times it was sprightly and fast.
\nYet in the midst of it all,
\nthe Lord of the Dance is with us.<\/strong>
\nThis dance, called Life, is everywhere \u2014
\nin the light and in the dark.
\nIt is in places of hope and in places of deepest sorrow and tragedy.<\/p>\n

How shall we dance our dance for God?<\/strong>
\nWe shall live lives of hope and peace,
\nbringing the good news of Jesus Christ
\nand all that he taught to us,
\nso that others may join the dance.
\nPraise be to the Lord of the Dance,
\nthe Lord of Creation, the Lord of Life!
\nAmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n
