Opening Prayer<\/h3>\n

(based on Psalm 145:15-16<\/a>, Isaiah 55:1-3<\/a>, John 6:35<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n

Lord,
\nthe eyes of all look to You in hope;
\nand You give them what they need.
\nYou open Your hand
\nand satisfy the hunger and thirst of every living thing.<\/p>\n

We, too, turn to You again, longing to be filled \u2014
\nto eat of the Bread of Life,
\nto drink from Your life-giving streams,
\nto taste Your goodness and live.<\/p>\n

May the time we spend together in Your presence
\nnourish our hearts and minds;
\nmay it strengthen our relationship with You,
\nand renew our commitment to live in this world
\n      as Your faithful disciples.<\/p>\n

For You alone are God,
\nthe Source and Sustainer of life.<\/p>\n
