In humility of heart let us pray to God the Father of all.<\/p>\n

 
\nLord, in your word you teach us
\nthat sparse sowing means meagre reaping;
\ngive us generous hearts as we respond to your love.<\/p>\n

Lord, in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lord, you teach us that a generous heart
\nproduces a bountiful harvest;
\npour your love within us.<\/p>\n

Lord, in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lord, you teach us to pray for those who govern us;
\nbless all in positions of authority
\nwho take decisions for the nations of your world.<\/p>\n

Lord, in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lord, you teach us to bring your healing
\nto the sick and suffering;
\nmay your healing be upon those
\nwhom we name before you now …<\/p>\n

Lord, in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As our Saviour taught us, so we pray
