In times of weakness and hour of need,
\nyours is the strength by which we carry on,
\nthe shoulder we rest our head upon.
\nWhen our load is heavy and too much to bear,
\nyours are the arms stretched out to help us
\nthe grace that we depend on.
\nIn times of weakness and hour of need,
\nyour voice is heard,
\n\u2018Come\u2026 find rest.\u2019
\nThis is grace divine,
\nthe path we tread to wholeness
\nof body and spirit,
\nthe path that leads to you,
\nand for which we offer our offering of praise.<\/p>\n
