Literally part of “a royal order of priests”<\/h2>\n

Pentecost weekend I had the privilege of representing our Presbytery at the dedication service of Colomba Le Roc Retreat<\/a> – a truly ecumenical celebration.<\/p>\n

 
\nAs part of the “Blessing of Colomba le Roc and all present” at the end of the service, I used this benediction by David Adam<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Benediction<\/h3>\n

The Father of many resting places grant you rest;
\nThe Christ who stilled the storm grant you calm;
\nThe Spirit who fills all things grant you peace.
\nGod\u2019s light be your light,
\nGod\u2019s love be your love,
\nGod\u2019s way be your way.<\/p>\n

The eternal Father, Son and Holy Spirit
\nshield you on every side.
