based on Luke 1:78-79<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

A new day is dawning!
\nDespite what we see and hear in the world around us,
\nthe sunrise is coming.
\nWhen it comes, it will break through the darkness of our world \u2014
\ndarkness caused by violence and death and hunger and despair.
\nAnd all those who now sit huddled in the shadows
\nwill be able to rise and walk with confidence in the light.
\nSo go from here with courage and hope,
\nto love and serve the Lord. Amen.<\/p>\n
