1. I am heavy-laden,
My burdens weigh me down.
I come at your invitation
To meet on holy ground;
To know the peace you promise,
To have my soul restored.
I come in my brokenness to you, O Lord.

2. Pierced for my transgressions
You are God's love revealed.
Despised and a man of sorrows,
Yet by your wounds I'm healed.
Led like a lamb to slaughter
You did not say a word.
I see in your brokenness my cry is heard.

3. May my life bear witness,
The Lamb of God was slain.
But God raised you up and gave you
the Name above all names.
I bow my knee before you
and with my mouth confess:
O Lord, by your brokenness,
how I've been blessed.
